The Truth About Hypnotherapy: Why Everything You Think You Know is Wrong

When most people hear the word “hypnotherapy,” a few things usually come to mind: a swinging pocket watch, a droning voice saying “You are getting sleepy,” or, worse, the fear of clucking like a chicken on stage in front of an audience.
